Every once in a while, you click the Stumble button and hit jackpot!
Available for download from this page is the complete Super Smash Bros Brawl soundtrack -- that's 312 tracks from some 40 composers, clocking in at roughly 16 hours (!) of music.
At 1.6 GB to download the entire soundtrack, the owner of this site must have bandwidth to spare. Who are you, mysterious hoster?? I can't imagine these tracks will be up much longer. Grab them while you can!
The tracks pull from Nintendo's most popular games. In addition to direct conversions and arrangements, the game features several new pieces, including the main theme, composed by famed Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu.
Below is a very short list of some of my favorite tracks:
Main Theme - Uematsu's contribution to the game, an original piece featuring full orchestra and choir
Star Wolf - A beautiful orchestral version of Star Wolf's theme (from Star Fox Assault)
Dragon Roost Island - Catchy tune by Nintendo veteran Koji Kondo (from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker)
Underground - A remix of Kondo's classic tune (from Super Mario Bros)
Mach Rider - A returning Super Smash Bros Melee alum (from Mach Rider, duh)
Level 2 - Someday, this will be my ring tone (from Wrecking Crew)
